Can you drop off my ironing and dry cleaning to you?

No, we are a specialised pickup and delivery service only. We have particular days we can be in your area for both ironing and dry cleaning services.

Do i need to be home for you to pickup our dry cleaning and ironing?

No, you simply advise of the best location we can pickup from and deliver back to if you're not home. This can be at your front door, back patio, carport, garage, verandah etc. For dry cleaning, please place your items in a bag (laundry or recyclable bag), for pickup. For ironing, please place your items in a laundry basket or plastic tub with your hangers on top in a bag. If your items are already on hangers, you can simply fold them in a laundry basket or tub for collection.

A portable rack for delivery of your hanging items is a perfect solution, however if you don't have that, we can also hang your items on a broom stick between 2 chairs if required.

What time do you normally pickup and deliver dry cleaning and ironing?

Pickups are normally done during the morning from 7am up until the early afternoon. Deliveries are normally done during the afternoon till early evening. As our pickup and deliveries are done as a run which changes day to day, we're unable to give you a specific time. If you're not home when we arrive, we will use the designated pickup and delivery area provided.

When will i know when my dry cleaning can be collected and delivered back?

Once you place your order online or over the phone, we will confirm the day we will pickup your dry cleaning and the day that it will be delivered. As a guide, please see our Dry Cleaning Delivery Area page to see what days we're normally in your area.

Why do silk and leather items cost more to dry clean?

Silk, leather and other delicate fabrics such as fine linen, satin, velvet, fur, cashmere and suede require additional care in the dry cleaning, drying, and finishing process. Sometimes they are required to be the only item in the machine when cleaned, which takes more time and attention than conventional fabrics. It's important that these items are dry cleaned and finished carefully.

Can you dry clean items that have "Do not dry clean" on the label?

In short yes, we look at the exact fabric elements that make up the garment to select the most appropriate cleaning method and settings. Our exclusive specialised equipment allows us to clean and finish most garment types available.

I've placed a dry cleaning order but my plans have changed, what can i do?

Please contact us on 0414 622214 or email us at service@bevs.au and we can help.  We can cancel your order with a full refund if it hasn't been picked up yet, or change when it's due to be picked up. If it's already been picked up, we can arrange an alternate time in the future to deliver your dry cleaning back, at no extra cost.

When will my ironing be delivered after it's picked up?

Ironing is delivered the day after pickup (24 hour turn around) for your convenience.

How much does your ironing service cost?

Can you provide a weekly or fortnightly service?

Yes we can provide weekly and fortnightly services for both ironing and dry cleaning. If you're away on holidays you can simply book off by phoning or texting us in advance. Weekly and fortnightly ironing service customers can also get dry cleaning done without a minimum dry cleaning amount required.

What happens if i'm on a weekly or fortnightly service and I need to cancel permanently?

Simply let us know before your next pickup and we can cancel your service at any time for any reason, with no additional cost. You're more than welcome to rebook at any time in the future.
