Decoratively embellished refers to beads, sequins, diamantes etc. These can be dislodged and lost during the dry cleaning process. By asking us to dry clean these items, you must accept all risks involved.

Leather / suede with badges, artwork or motifs requires cleaning by hand.

Pants with any amount of silk requires special treatment and care.

Please provide information in the text box regards, what the stain is, where on the garment it’s located, how long it’s been there and whether its been treated with anything else such as brushing, rubbing, heat, water, washing or other chemicals. Treatment as soon as possible is recommended for the best results.

Or you can order online at your convenience, and once your order is confirmed, we'll provide you with the day your dry cleaning will be picked up, and the day it will be delivered. All you need to do is place your items in a bag in your designated pickup area (on checkout you can nominate in the text box provided, front door, back patio, carport, garage etc, where we can safely pickup and deliver your dry cleaning if you're not home). Then we'll take care of the rest!! So simple. :)
